Your deposit guarantees your room assignment and locks your rent at the current rate for 2021-2022.
There’s no commitment! You can cancel your lease for any reason. However, all cancellations must be received before 11:59 pm EST on April 15, 2021.
Cancellations received after April 15 will NOT be accepted and are subject to the full terms of the lease agreement.
