submitted by Hercules M. - |Recommended: NoI am a parent of a daughter that just moved in. I have been trying to reach someone in regards to roaches being in her apartment. They are even coming out of the dishwasher. She and her suite mates put in a maintenance request. The maintenance person can up and sprayed with raid. They need a exterminator. This is definitely unacceptable.

submitted by Anesa . - |Recommended: NoThis apartment is over priced and not suitable to live at if you care about your quality of living. My friends car was broken into in the “secure” parking spot that the company owns. The shuttle bus to Howard University doesn’t run often and is always full. This complex has a history of water issues and maintenance fixes the problems how they see fit. If you want to live here because its the cheaper option i would suggest renting a room elsewhere at least you would have direct contact with your landlord instead of a team who brushes of issues until they become serious.

Shadiva was very warm welcoming and very informative about the process. Even though I did not go through with the application due to me relocating. I would definitely refer anyone I know to come to vie towers. Shadiva was pleasure to speak to.

As a parent I love the building setup with the rooftop, the gym and the location of the building close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Staff are awesome Devante, Lazy, Destiny and Doreen and others who names escape me.

The roof top is beautiful and we're looking forward to having our first Chai at the Kahvie coffee shop. If you're looking for a place for your HU student to live this is definitely the place.
