Rent Reminders: 
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. To pay your rent online, please visit the Resident Portal. If you have any questions or concerns please email our Accounts Manager at [email protected].

Holiday Hours:
In observance of the Christmas holiday, our office will be open from 11 am to 3 pm on Thursday, December 24th. We will be closed on Friday, December 25th. The office will have limited hours on Friday, Dec 31st, and will remain open from 11 am to 3 pm.

Cleaning Checklist:
Leaving for the holidays? Check off everything on your essential cleaning checklist so your apartment is in mint condition when you return! 
  • Refrigerator - Discard all perishable foods and wipe down the inside of the refrigerator and freezer. Sweep the floor underneath the refrigerator as well.
  • Kitchen Sink - Wipe down the kitchen sink and faucet and ensure all dishes are washed and the dishwasher is empty and dry.
  • Thermostat - Keep the thermostat set on "Auto Mode" at 73 degrees.
  • Trash - Throw away all trash prior to leaving for the holidays.
If you plan on leaving before your roommates, we ask that you close your bedroom window and LOCK YOUR BEDROOM DOOR. Do not leave your keys with anyone that may be staying during the break.

Campus Shuttle: 
The Howard University Shuttle will not run during the month of December, however, our shuttle service will resume its normal operating schedule starting Monday, January 25, 2021.
