The apartment is affordable and has many amenities that would have driven up prices elsewhere. The staff provides many events to attend, which makes Vie Towers more than just a residential building. Rather, Vie staff try to foster a community. Safety was a big thing for me when choosing an apartment so I appreciate that there are security guards 24 7.
The only cons I have is that the quality of some of the fixtures and building material in my apartment don't seem high quality as the caulking and paint seem to wear off easily as this is my second month in Vie. However, that is just cosmetic. The biggest con for me is how they report incidents that happen near the towers. We get notified via email that a serious incident had occurred, however if you were not around for the incident, you wouldn't know what had happened even though the staff knows full well what happened. This does not help residents know the gravity of the situation. I think safety would be better if we were given more details.

The Prince Georges County mall is across the street along with Target and many food options. It is metro accessible and is great for students because of the shuttle service. So, i would reccomend

It is not a bad place to live at all.

Any requests I have had for maintenance it’s fixed the same exact day The location is amazing I literally walk everywhere. The gas station, the mall , the grocery store, the metro is across the street. My doctor office is walking distance and my dentist . It’s so perfect, Starbucks is super close like a 2 minute walk, it’s so many places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking. The movie theater is literally 10 steps away I mean it’s perfect I have a car and barely drive twice a week .
