submitted by Rozalyn W. - |Recommended: YesGood experience, for the location and comparison to other apartments in the area. — Since I've lived here coming up on a year, I have overall had a good experience living in the building. There are times when I feel like things are done excessively, and there are individuals who micromanage the building which makes being a resident more stressful and it's very uncomfortable at times-- however that is a small percentage of the time, and there is usually someone higher up that can fix the issue that i have had with staff members if necessary. The shuttle is hit or miss, which is understandable in a building where 98 of the students are all going to the same university with the same class times. If the metro is full at 5 00pm, you don't complain to metro, you get on the next open and available train-- think of this shuttle the same way. My space was cleaned and properly handled upon my arrival, and I haven't had many maintenance problems since I have moved into the space. Sometimes there are issues with cleanliness but that is because my roommates tended to be on the sloppier side. The one thing I would ask for Vie to look more into is personality and preference test. I find that a lot of people in this building are sharing spaces with individuals that they are not compatible with, and while you're not going to be best friend, just throwing individuals in a room together because it's the only available space is why the police are often called to the building, and the leasing office is approached with so many complaints. Leasing agents and staff members are wonderful and I have built very close relationships with them, there's nothing I feel like they wouldn't do for me to make sure that i am happy in my space.

Good quality neighbors and the staff is absolutely amazing.
Quiet community, quick service from Maintenance, clean, safe, all of the amenities.
Convenient access to the mall and the stores and restaurants.
Easy access to the Metro system.

I'm over 25 and already completed my undergrad. I value personal privacy and this location provides that. Its just that having to sign a guest in makes me feel like I'm still in my undergrad living on campus at in college dorm. Other than that love this place.

Right away . he fixed the issue in under ten minutes and explained to me how to fix the minor problem if it happens again.

But with that known, I expected prices to be lower. Overall, a great place to be if you want accessible living transportation to HU's campus.
