Monthly Updates & Upcoming Events (July)

MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS: For those of you leaving at the end of July, we sincerely hope you enjoyed your time at Vie Towers. Please complete the following steps below to ensure a successful move out: Submit your new forwarding address on the Resident Portal. Double check to see that there is no outstanding balance on your account prior to moving out. Return all keys to the leasing office during office hours, this includes your Apartment Key, Mailbox Key, as well as any Parking Passes. All keys and parking passes must be received no later than 12 PM NOON on Sunday, July 25. If not received by this time, additional charges will be assessed. To return keys after office hours, please use the rent dropbox located in the South Tower Lobby. It is your responsibility to make sure everything has been received on time. The official move-out day will take place on Sunday, July 25 and all rooms must be completely cleared by 12 PM noon. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant extensions to this deadline. If you choose to stay beyond the expiration of your lease agreement, holdover fees of $500.00 per day will apply. RESIDENT HAPPENINGS: Saturday, July 17 - Summer Pool Party You're invited! We're hosting a pool party on the rooftop from 3 PM to 7 PM. Join us for music, food, and drinks! Friday, July 23 - Ice Cream Social The best time for ice cream is always! Stop by the Social Lounge and mingle with us over ice cream from 12 PM to 3 PM. RENT REMINDER: Rent is due on the 1st of the month. To pay your rent online, please visit the Resident Portal. HOLIDAY HOURS: In observance of Independence Day, our office will be closed from Friday, July 2 to Monday, July 5. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, July 6. Please check your e-mail for move-out cleaning checklists. If your lease does not end until July but you are moving out in June please make sure to ensure that you follow all cleaning requirements. Our maintenance team will start inspections on the 16th floor for both North and South Tower, and then continue to work their way down to each floor. This inspection is to ensure all plumbing, electrical, and appliances are working properly in each apartment and to ensure all property policies are being followed.
